Awards

Maddy, Libby, and Ryder all participated in the PTA art competition called Reflections at school this year. The girls really love doing this and look forward to it every year. I love their excitement for it. This year they were determined to enter into as many categories as they could. Ryder and Liberty are in the younger age division and Madalyn entered into the middle age division. There are first and second prizes for each age division. They both entered in the Visual Arts, Photography, and Literature categories. Ryder entered into the 3D category. At the end of November, they went to the Award Ceremony and found out if they had won. They were so excited. Madalyn won the Award of Excellence (like First Place) for both Visual Arts and Photography and the Award of Merit (like second place) for Literature. She was so happy with her trophies and prizes. Liberty won the Award of Excellence for Visual Arts and the Award of Excellence for Literature. She was also very happy and excited. And Ryder won an Honorable Mention for his Lego creation he entered into the 3D category. I am so proud of them all. They are so creative and I love their passion for art.
