Thankful - Day 26

I am thankful for this kid. He has been full of surprises since the day he was born. He was a perfect baby, always happy and full of laughs and smiles. It took him a long time to enter into the terrible 2 stage, but just recently he has dived headfirst into toddler hood and tantrums. He is a talker. He jabbers constantly and repeats everything anyone says. I love listening to him. It is delightful. He makes me so happy even when he is full of mischief and mayhem... which is all the time. He is constantly on the move. I've never seen him sit still. He just moves and moves and moves. It makes me tired just watching him. He is just so busy.

He is obsessed with tractors right now. Anything to do with tractors and he goes crazy. When Eddie is working with the skid loader, he watches out the window, completely still and fascinated. It is the only time he is ever still and quiet. He will watch it for hours, not moving, just completely transfixed.

I am thankful for Maverik because he melts my heart and always brings a smile to my face.
